What should I do to prepare for my pest treatment?
For best results we recommend you mop your floors the day prior to treatment as we ask that no mopping is undertaken for 4 days after we have treated. Other steps that should be taken include ensuring your grass is mowed, clothing is removed from clothes lines and all pets and childrenโs toys packed away and not left out. Pet bowls and food items should be removed from areas to be treated. Please take steps to cover any fish tanks and make sure space is available for us to access your roof void with our ladder.

Can I stay inside during the treatment?
We strictly follow the application labels of all our products, many chemical labels require that all people other than the pest control technician leave the property during and for a set time post treatment - other labels allow for people to remain on site during the treatment. Please contact us prior to your treatment and we can advise whether you will need to vacate the property or not. You are welcome to wait on your property until the service has been completed in select areas advised by our technician, you do not have to leave the property entirely. All pets with the exception of animals in lidded tanks/enclosures must be removed from property.
Do I need to empty my kitchen cupboards for the treatment?
In most circumstances, no. If you have a severe cockroach issue please advise us when booking your service and we may request you remove all items from cupboards within your kitchen for a more thorough treatment. If you are physically unable to do this, please advise us as we are happy to help.
How long does it take for the treatment to be fully effective?
Depending on the severity of your pest control issue, results may be seen from within 24 hours to up to 1 months time. We will be able to advise you of an expected time frame for control after we have completed our assessment and treatment. Every customer of ours is entitled to a free service period should all recommendations made by our technician be followed post treatment.
Is there a warranty available on our services?
Yes, we provide a free service period on all our pest treatments should any recommendations made by our technician be followed post treatment. Additional free services periods may be available to certain pest issues when regular programs are undertaken.
How often should I have my property treated for general pests?
We recommend a pest treatment be undertaken annually to ensure control of pests at your home. For those living in a multi dwelling environment, more regular treatments should be undertaken.
Do we offer a pensioners discount?
We do, please contact us for more information.
Do you offer after hours services?
Yes, we are happy to provide services including weeknights/afternoons, both Saturday/Sunday and public holidays - we do not charge extra for these services and are happy to accommodate any after hours requests.
What are our prices?
Pricing for our services ranges from $120 through to $350 for standard services. Customised and additional services may incur an additional charge. We don't aim to be the cheapest in town, we use quality products, provide great after service care and hold all the required licenses and insurances.
Are you fully licensed and insured?
We have all the required licenses and qualifications to undertake the services we offer and are fully insured with both public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
Will the spray or any chemicals you use damage my garden or plants?
Absolutely not, none of the chemicals we use are herbicides and are safe to be utilised around plants and the garden.
